My name is Miriam! I'm a devoted follower of Christ, passionate about connecting with people, a big fan of Honey Nut O's, and a chronic overthinker. I'm thrilled to have you visit my little corner of the internet!

I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Oregon, where the gentle pitter-patter of rainy days and the sweet taste of saltwater taffy were abundant, and indie folk songs provided the melodic backdrop to my formative years.

Throughout my childhood, I was plagued with anxiety that consumed my every waking moment. I now know it to be a debilitating mental disorder called OCD. Ever since my official diagnosis in May 2024, I have been passionate about learning more about this disorder and bringing awareness to its destructive nature and the bondage that it creates for those held captive by it.

I hope you’ll join me on my journey through recovery, and more importantly, I hope you will be encouraged by the transformative power of the Gospel, which has made me free indeed.
